Associate/Senior Associate - Infrastructure Debt Advisory

I'm working with a leading independent advisory firm that is looking to add an Associate/Senior Associate to its growing Debt Advisory team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-5 years' experience in debt advisory, corporate lending or infrastructure finance who wants broader transaction exposure and a clear path for progression.

The team advises sponsors, corporates and developers across a diverse range of real asset sectors including infrastructure, energy, transport and essential services.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the execution of debt advisory mandates from origination through to close
• Financial modelling, transaction analysis and debt structuring
• Preparation of information memoranda and client presentations
• Supporting lender engagement across banks, institutional investors and private credit funds
• Contributing to business development and new client pitches

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

✔ 2-5 years' experience in debt advisory, corporate banking, project finance, infrastructure finance or credit

✔ Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

✔ Understanding of debt structures across bank, institutional and private credit markets

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Ambition to develop within a fast-growing advisory platform
