Claims Manager

Claims Manager – Household Personal Lines\nWe are seeking an experienced Household Claims Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of personal lines household claims within a growing MGA environment. The role will involve oversight of claims performance, customer outcomes, supplier relationships, large loss cases and insurer reporting, ensuring claims are managed fairly, efficiently and in line with FCA requirements.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with insurers, TPAs, loss adjusters and internal stakeholders to drive operational performance, control indemnity spend and deliver strong customer service standards across both standard and non-standard household products.\nKey responsibilities include:\n * Managing of household buildings and contents claims\n * Monitoring claims leakage, trends and large losses\n * Liaising with insurers, TPAs, adjusters and suppliers\n * Supporting product, wording and underwriting feedback loops\n * Driving fair customer outcomes and regulatory compliance\n * Supporting process improvement and operational development\nExperience within UK household insurance claims is essential.\nRequirements\nEssential Qualifications:\n· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ambition to grow within the insurance industry and achieve Chartered Insurance Practitioner status.\n· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.\n· Strong relationship-building skills.\n· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.\n· Experience in the insurance industry is highly regarded but not essential.\nBenefits\nOur Commitment to You:\n· An opportunity to be part of a welcoming and growing organisation.\n· Comprehensive training and development opportunities, including support to achieve Chartered Insurance Practitioner Status from the CII.\nHow to Apply:\nIf you're driven to build a career in the insurance industry within a company that values\ninnovation and excellence
