We are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join our growing domiciliary care team in Essex.

Youll play a key part in ensuring service users receive safe, effective care while also supporting and developing care staff across the community.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Coordinate and manage care staff rotas efficiently using electronic rostering systems.
  • Ensure all care visits are covered and respond promptly to emergency changes.
  • Responding to safeguarding concerns and service issues
  • Conduct spot checks, competency assessments, and quality assurance visits.
  • Liaise with service users, families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities.
  • Ensure care plans and risk assessments are accurate and regularly reviewed.
  • Maintain compliance with CQC standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the on-call rota as required.

What Were Looking For

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
  • Minimum 3 years experience of Care Coordinator of Senior Care Coordinator.
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding
  • Confident communicator with good organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle a varied workload
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (required)
