Flexographic Printer\n\nLocation: Milton Keynes\nSalary: Competitive\nJob Type: Full-time, Permanent\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Flexographic Printer to join a well-established manufacturing business in Milton Keynes.\n\nThis is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, where you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic printing machinery to produce high-quality printed products. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing quality work, we'd like to hear from you.\n\nThe Role\n\nWorking as part of an experienced production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating flexographic printing presses, ensuring products are produced efficiently and to the highest quality standards.\n\nYou will monitor print quality throughout production, carry out machine adjustments where required and work closely with colleagues to meet production schedules and customer expectations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSet up, operate and maintain flexographic printing presses.\nPrepare printing plates and carry out colour matching.\nMonitor print quality during production and make adjustments where required.\nInspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.\nComplete production records accurately.\nReport machine faults or maintenance requirements.\nWork closely with production and quality teams to meet production targets.\nMaintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.\nFollow all health and safety procedures.\n\nAbout You\n\nTo be successful in this role, you'll have previous experience operating flexographic printing machinery within a manufacturing environment.\n\nYou'll also have:\n\nExperience operating flexographic printing presses.\nA good understanding of print processes, colour matching and quality control.\nStrong attention to detail.\nGood mechanical awareness and confidence making machine adjustments.\nThe ability to work both independently and as part of a team.\nGood communication and problem-solving skills.\nA flexible approach to supporting production requirements.\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nCompetitive salary.\nPermanent, full-time position.\nOngoing training and career development opportunities.\nCompany pension scheme.\nGenerous holiday entitlement.\nSupportive working environment.\nLong-term career opportunities within a successful manufacturing business
