Multi Skilled Joiner

A leading construction and facilities management company is seeking a skilled Multi Skilled Joiner to join the Leeds division, on a full time, permanent basis. Having been established for over 50 years they are a forward-thinking business, with an excellent reputation.\nResponsibilities:\n * Carry out all types of repairs and maintenance work in a multi-skilled environment allied to the Joiner trade discipline\n * Completion of repairs and maintenance in other trade disciplines where deemed competent to complete these\n * Attend repairs and maintenance appointments on time and complete works on the first occasion, in one visit and within target times\n * As and when required, diagnose necessary remedial works, make appointments/arrangements and organise materials required\n * Removal or make arrangements for the removal of waste/debris on a daily basis and upon the completion of any works\nRequirements\n * CSCS Blue Card\n * NVQ Level 2 in Joinery\n * Full UK driving licence\n * Background in a repairs and maintenance or property services environment\nWhat’s on Offer\n * 24 days annual leave (+ public holidays)\n * Discount schemes with major retailers\n * Gym membership discounts\n * Cycle to work scheme\n * Holiday purchase scheme\n * Learning and development opportunities, including professional qualifications and training support\n * Attractive employee referral rewards\nThis is a permanent position, and Coleman James are acting as an Employment Agency
