An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead lifecycle and variation projects in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage project lifecycles from planning through to completion.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to define scope and gain approvals.
• Oversee budgets, programmes, procurement, contractors, and project documentation.
• Coordinate design, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and governance standards.

About You

• Proven experience delivering lifecycle and variation projects.
• Background in Facilities Management, healthcare, education, or similar environments.
• Strong project management, stakeholder, and financial management skills.
• Good Health & Safety awareness.
• Highly organised with strong administrative and Microsoft Office skills.
