From initial site setup to final commissioning, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients and site teams alike.\nKey Responsibilities:\n * \n Project Delivery: Lead LV/HV and 11KV projects across the UK, ensuring they are on time and within budget.\n * \n EV Infrastructure: Manage the civils and power integration for large-scale EV charging hubs.\n * \n Team Leadership: Supervise site crews and subcontractors, maintaining our reputation for excellence in groundworks.\n * \n Compliance & Safety: Uphold rigorous H&S standards across all live sites.\n * \n Travel: While based in Colchester, the nature of our national contracts means you’ll be out in the field, including occasional overnight stays to ensure project milestones are met.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nWe need someone who knows the difference between a standard trench and a high-voltage cable run.
