Reach Truck Driver – Bradford | Temp to Perm | Immediate Starts Available\n We are currently recruiting Reach Truck Drivers for an immediate start in a modern, well-organised warehouse in Bradford.\n This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering full-time hours, great pay, and long-term stability.\n We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive working environment.\n\n💰 Pay Rates \n Day Shift: £13.06 per hour\nNight Shift: £15.43 per hour\n \n Overtime Available:\nDays: £14.97 (P1) | £18.01 (P2)\nNights: £17.23 (P1) | £20.27 (P2)\n\n🕒 Shift Pattern \n 4 on / 4 off rotation\n12-hour shifts (6AM–6PM or 6PM–6AM)\n48 hours per week\nTemp to perm after 12 weeks\n\n🚜 Your Role \n\nOperating a Reach Truck safely within a structured warehouse environment\nMoving, loading, and storing pallets\nPicking stock using RF scanners\nWorking as part of a team to meet daily targets\nSupporting general warehouse duties\nFollowing health & safety procedures at all times🏭 Warehouse Environment \n\nModern, clean, high-bay facility\nClearly organised and safety-focused\nPallets stored up to 6 levels high\nRobotic shuttle system in place\nHandling packaged beverage products\n✅ Requirements \nValid Reach Truck FLT licence (RTITB / ITSSAR preferred)\nPrevious warehouse or FLT experience\nAbility to work 12-hour shifts\n\n📝 Assessment \n Short on-site Reach Truck assessment (approx. 30 minutes)\n\n If you’re looking for a stable, long-term role with a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.\n Immediate starts available.\nApply now to secure your assessment slot
